I develop information products based on a product lifecycle (products have an end of life), with a short time to market and low costs. That means a quicker than normal implementation with flexible models and a flexible system. I develop business concepts with business professionals. Concepts that imply to cause higher performance, turnover and client’s content.
Complex assignments with experts (actuaries, product and claims specialists, information managers etcetera) give me energy.

Business and IT professionals value me for my knowledge and experience enabling me being an intermediary between them. My architecture and mindmapping skills help out in reduction of complexity and help out in insight leading to the proper solutions as if they come by themselves. I operate in company and department wide projects and programs. Projects or tracks that got stuck will run again on my behalf.
Continuous curiousity
My career is build up starting from programming via information analysis, IT-consultancy and architecture to business consultancy and business development. Business agility, business process improvement and insurance knowledge are the main domains that I developed in my career.
